Short answer
Go to my-hydroscape and sign in with Google, Apple, or email. There's no password to remember — we use the sign-in account you already trust. It takes about two minutes.
Step by step
- Open my-hydroscape.html in your browser, or tap My Hydroscape from the app's FAB menu (the circular button bottom-right of the hub)
- Pick your sign-in method on the landing screen:
- Continue with Google — signs you in with your Google account
- Continue with Apple — signs you in with your Apple ID
- Continue with email — enter your email and we'll send you a sign-in link
- If you chose email: open the link from the inbox, tap it, and you're in. The link is only valid for a short window, so use it when you open the email.
- First time in, you'll be asked for your name (used on your dashboard) and optionally your country. You can skip the country.
That's it. You're logged in. Close the tab and you'll stay logged in next time you visit from the same browser.
Three things worth knowing
- There's no password. All three sign-in methods are passwordless. If you've been frustrated by forgotten passwords before, this won't happen here.
- It's free, and it stays free. MyHydroscape is the personal account layer and we don't charge for it. Only clubs and fisheries pay — and that's for club-level features, not personal use.
- One account, one device at a time. You can sign in from any browser — phone, tablet, laptop — but you'll stay signed in per-device. Sign out from one and you're still in on the others.
If sign-in isn't working
- Email link didn't arrive? Check spam. The sender is
noreply@hydroscape-group.co.uk. - Link says "expired"? Request a new one from the same page — they have a short lifetime for security.
- Google or Apple sign-in fails? Make sure pop-ups aren't being blocked by your browser. If it still won't work, try email sign-in instead.
